This description can either be for the Vehicle#1 Trailer on separation (for Trailer Release Option (card 99) or for a separate Vehicle#3 which interacts with Vehicle#2 (when Trailer Release Option used and Time of Separation is 0.0).  A fixed Cartesian coordinate system is used, with the positive X' axis shown pointing upward, and the positive Y' axis to the right. Angles are measured clockwise from the positive X' axis.
